Finance and Insurance Director

The F&I Director will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the finance and insurance department within our organization. This position requires a strong understanding of financial products, insurance services, regulatory compliance, and exceptional leadership skills to guide a team in delivering high-quality service to our customers.

What You'll Do:

• • Lead the Charge: Oversee and elevate the performance of the F&I department, ensuring a smooth and efficient process while staying compliant with all regulations.
  • Build Relationships: Foster strong connections with financial institutions, insurance companies, and vendors to offer customers the best finance and insurance options available.
  • Develop and Inspire: Lead, mentor, and train your team to ensure they are always at the top of their game, providing exceptional service to our clients.
  • Stay Ahead of the Curve: Keep up with industry trends and regulations to recommend and implement innovative strategies that drive success.
  • Maximize Profitability: Analyze financial reports and performance metrics to optimize departmental outcomes and deliver on company goals.
  • Customer-Centric: Be the go-to expert for both your team and our customers, ensuring a seamless, positive experience every time.

What You Bring to the Table:

• Experience: 5 years in a senior F&I role (automotive/dealership experience is a big must).
• Leadership Skills: A natural motivator who knows how to inspire and lead teams to success.
• Industry Know-How: You have deep knowledge of finance and insurance products and know the ins and outs of compliance and best practices.
• Strategic Thinker: You’re comfortable crunching the numbers, making sense of data, and turning it into action that drives profitability.
• People Skills: You love building relationships and communicating with a wide range of people (internally and externally).
• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using F&I software and Microsoft Office Suite—bonus points for being a whiz with new techoogy!
