Responsibilities
- Serve as a liaison between Marketing, Technology, and Data Foundations teams
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business goals into technical CRM requirements
- Develop campaign blueprints and CRM scenarios in Bloomreach
- Profile, verify, and validate source data for accurate campaign execution
- Create and execute test cases to ensure data accuracy in Bloomreach
- Provide guidance on campaign tagging and data transformations
- Present data-driven findings and recommendations to leadership
- Must be located within a 50-mile radius of Grand Rapids, Michigan
- Must have 8 years of experience in digital marketing, eCommerce, or CRM analytics
- Must have a BA/BS in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Analytics, or a related field
- Experience with SQL querying, using tools like Google Cloud Platform (GCP) BigQuery
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future employer sponsorship.
- Experience with Bloomreach or other SaaS marketing automation platforms
- Familiarity with sales and marketing plans
- Experience consolidating data from multiple sources into dashboards and reports
