We're Hiring! Project Manager - Manufacturing
At THE COMPANY, we specialize in custom-engineered headworks screens and grit/solids management equipment for the water and wastewater treatment markets. As the North American sales and engineering subsidiary of a large parent company based in Italy, we are strategically located between Chicago and Milwaukee.
We are looking for a Project Manager (Manufacturing) to join our team and oversee the delivery of key custom-engineered equipment projects!

What We’re Looking For:
- Degree in Mechanical, Civil, or Environmental Engineering (or equivalent experience)
- 5 years of experience in water/wastewater engineering (experience with headworks equipment is a plus)
- Manufacturing project management experience will also be considered
Your Day-to-Day:
- Coordinate internal and external resources to manage and deliver projects on time and within budget
- Prepare engineering submittals in accordance with specifications and contractual requirements
- Supervise project detailers and delegate responsibilities to enhance project contributions
- Maintain a 90% on-time goal for submittal completion/approval and other time-sensitive deadlines
- Review consulting engineer’s specifications to ensure equipment meets requirements
- Manage the project from receipt of PO through submittal, production release, shipment, and startup
- Coordinate with manufacturers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution
- Monitor job section budgets and margins, and prepare monthly project updates
- Serve as the main point of contact for contractors, engineers, and sales representatives
- Work with Accounting on any accounts receivable issues
