Salary: $120,000 - $130,000 Commissions (up to 10%)

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead sales initiatives within the assigned region and develop strategies to increase market penetration.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including municipalities, engineering firms, and industrial clients.
- Oversee contract negotiations and drive the closure of new projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create competitive proposals and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular updates to senior management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in a sales role, preferably within water and wastewater treatment.
- Proven ability to build and nurture customer relationships.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience working with remote teams is a plus.
