Job Description
- Primary Function: Grow sales and manage dealer relationships in assigned geographic territories.
- Responsibilities:
- Develop professional relationships with customers to increase business and revenue.
- Utilize tools and programs to help dealers reach their business goals and grow revenue.
- Maintain devices and stay current with knowledge to effectively use provided tools.
- Search for and develop new business for incremental growth.
- Conduct product knowledge training seminars with dealers' sales staffs.
- Presents marketing and advertising promotions and programs to customers while offering recommendations and assistance.
- Manage territory into coherent areas and zones, creating customer profiles and maintaining a call schedule.
- Maintain proper balance of company profitability, sales growth, and market share.
- Analyze sales reporting capabilities to provide the basis for analysis and develop objectives and goals for positive and progressive sales development and growth.
- Keep management informed of pertinent and relevant activity occurring in the assigned sales territory through weekly and monthly reports.
- Conduct thorough investigations to discover facts concerning all significant customer conflicts occurring in the assigned sales territory.
- Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of B2B sales experience preferred.
- Excellent time management, decision making, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to speak in front of small or large groups and convey product and program information with confidence and persuasion.
