The Manufacturing Engineering Co-Op will assist in driving continuous improvement throughout the Durant Plant. This will include problem-solving using A3 Lean Methodology. One major project for this role will be assisting with the implementation of a new ERP system.
The Manufacturing Engineering Co-Op offers a set onsite schedule of 40 hours per week.
Start Date: August 2025
End Date: December 2025
What you will do:
- Work instruction & process flow creation/updates for new product introduction and current assembly operations.
- Assist with standard work training.
- Work on continuous improvement projects throughout the plant and ERP implementation.
Additional Qualifications Include:
- Major study in:
- Industrial Engineering
- Mechanical Engineering
- Mechanical or Electrical Engineering Technology
- Industrial Technology (Automation)
- Applicable work experience preferred.
