Key Responsibilities
- Respond to HR-related inquiries, resolving complex issues promptly and professionally.
- Interpret and explain company policies, procedures, and guidelines to employees and managers.
- Recognize when to escalate issues that require additional support or intervention.
- Perform HR transactions with high accuracy, ensuring compliance with procedures and confidentiality standards.
- Conduct regular data audits to identify and address compliance issues and improve data integrity.
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and contribute ideas for process improvements.
- Provide reports (biweekly, quarterly, daily) to internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws.
- Support company initiatives, training modules, and continuous learning opportunities.
- 2 years of experience in HR and Benefits support.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to assist employees at all levels of the organization.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to manage and work with confidential information with discretion.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (required).
- PHR or SHRM certification is a plus but not required.
- Reliable transportation for potential future in-office work.
