Responsibilities
- Develop and implement multi-year procurement strategies, leading cost management, contract negotiations, and risk mitigation for assigned categories.
- Identify and collaborate with innovative suppliers to ensure quality, cost, and service while driving product development and innovation.
- Work cross-functionally with teams (R&D, Engineering, Marketing, etc.) to meet business goals, deliver new products on time, and drive Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) improvements.
- Lead and mentor the procurement team, manage supplier performance, and establish processes for continuous improvement, risk management, and compliance
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration or Mechanical/ Industrial Engineering.
- 5 years of experience in Procurement / Supply Chain
- Experience in Contract Negotiation
- Proficiency with English and proficiency in an Asian language such as Chinese preferred
- Travel is required up to 30%
- Work experience within manufacturing of products related to home improvement, appliances, fixtures, kitchen, bathroom product industries

Salary : $115,000 - $135,000
