Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Solutions Engagement Manager (EM) to oversee the performance of various projects, talent teams, and services at client locations. Job Summary:
The Solutions Engagement Manager (EM) plays a crucial role in ensuring the success of our clients' projects and services. This position involves managing contingent employees, ensuring the quality of services, and overseeing contractual Statements of Work (SOWs). The EM will serve as the primary point of contact for clients and will be responsible for fostering strong client relationships, ensuring compliance with SOWs, and driving process improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
Client-Facing Functions:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all assigned SOWs and projects.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction.
- Understand and achieve client objectives as defined by SOWs.
- Ensure compliance with negotiated SOWs and manage necessary change orders.
- Provide detailed reports on team performance and project metrics.
- Implement process improvements based on industry best practices.
- Manage project costs and budgets as outlined in SOWs.
- Communicate effectively with client personnel to ensure project success.
Internal-Facing Functions:
- Deliver services in alignment with established contracts, procedures, and policies.
- Collaborate with management, peers, and shared services to ensure project alignment with client objectives.
- Identify and implement internal process improvements.
- Support sales efforts by identifying new opportunities and assisting with RFX responses.
- Manage project scope and changes during execution.
- Maintain internal and external status reports.
- Coordinate with recruiters to ensure successful fulfillment of open positions.
Contingent Employee Management:
- Manage teams to achieve program goals and deliverables.
- Oversee team structure, schedules, staffing plans, and resource alignment.
- Facilitate employee retention and satisfaction programs.
- Resolve engagement issues and provide coaching to contingent workers.
- Partner with recruitment teams for team recruitment efforts.
- Ensure compliance with both company and client policies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or 6 years of relevant experience.
- Minimum of 2 years in a management position overseeing 10 direct reports.
- Minimum of 2 years in a contract services or outsourcing environment.
- Expertise in delivering services via contractual Statements of Work.
- Experience in writing and delivering performance appraisals.
- Proficiency in creating and analyzing performance metrics and reports.
- Experience in conducting job interviews and personnel selection.

Preferred Qualifications:

Work Environment:
This role operates in a professional office environment or remotely, using standard office equipment. A clean, designated workspace is required for remote positions, along with reliable high-speed internet.
Work Hours:
This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, with occasional evening and weekend work as needed.
Travel:
Occasional travel is required, less than 25%, including potential international travel.
