Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage multiple aerospace and defense tooling programs from inception to completion, ensuring all projects meet or exceed client expectations for cost, quality, and schedule.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring seamless communication and managing customer relationships to drive satisfaction and repeat business.
• Prepare and approve responses to RFQs, manage contract changes, and oversee scope alignment with internal and external stakeholders.
• Track and report key performance metrics, providing actionable insights to improve operational efficiency and program profitability.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Proven experience in Program and/or Project Management within the aerospace or defense industry.
• Strong background in manufacturing, particularly in tooling or production processes.
• Financial acumen, including experience with cost estimation, gross margin analysis, and financial reporting for complex programs.
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with a track record of building strong client relationships.
• Familiarity with government contracting standards and regulations (FAR/DFAR) is highly desirable.
