Job Summary
The Industrial EHS Manager will be responsible for leading the site industrial hygiene program, ensuring worker health and safety, and driving improvement plans. This role requires strong collaboration with Corporate EHS and Operations Leaders.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive sampling strategies to safeguard worker health and safety.
- Assist facility leadership in executing beryllium exposure reduction programs, policies, and regulations.
- Design and implement long-range EHS improvement plans and provide guidance on industrial hygiene, exposure assessment, and beryllium exposure mitigation.
- Ensure site compliance with all health and safety requirements, including indoor air quality and ventilation controls.
Essential Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in an EHS field or Master's degree with 4 years of experience.
- 10 years of experience designing and implementing control strategies aligned with best practices.
- Knowledge of relevant industrial hygiene regulations and OSHA standards.
- Ability to develop policies and procedures based on regulatory requirements and corporate guidelines.
