Tarpon Solutions is a family-owned and family-run team providing the following roofing services: leak remediation, roof restoration, consultative services, and systems for walls, balconies, and foundation waterproofing/aesthetic applications. We’ve Been in the Coating Business for Over 10 years and believe that the proof is in the roof!
We are looking to hire an experienced Service Manager to join our growing team in Cartersville, GA.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Maintain an up-to-date calendar, be timely to appointments, and be responsive to customers and co-workers
- 100% focused on servicing existing accounts
- Diagnose and repair commercial roof damage repairs (some may involve insurance claims)
- Install, repair, and maintain various commercial roofing systems (e.g., TPO, BUR, Modified Bitumen, EPDM, Metal)
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Using company truck and trailer
- Develop rapport and build relationships with existing and potential customers
- Handle escalated customer service issues
- Work effectively as part of a team and independently
- Communicate clearly and collaborate with project managers and clients
- This role includes occasional travel
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment
What Makes YOU Great!
- You have a minimum 3 years of commercial roofing experience
- Project Management experience a plus!
- Proven ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications
- Proficiency in operating roofing equipment (e.g., torches, saws, lifts, hot air welders)
- Ability to effectively communicate with customers
- Lift 50 pounds
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
