Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Human Resources team to ensure the effective delivery of HR services.
- Act as a strategic partner to regional leadership, aligning HR strategies with business objectives.
- Oversee talent acquisition processes, customizing recruitment strategies to meet regional demands while adhering to global standards.
- Ensure compliance with North American labor laws and regulations in HR operations, including onboarding, payroll, and benefits administration.
- Provide expert guidance on employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution within the North American region.
- Develop and implement diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives tailored to the regional workforce.
- Manage performance management processes, aligning them with organizational goals and utilizing key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Administer bonus systems and conduct annual salary reviews to ensure market competitiveness.
- Oversee HR analytics and reporting to support data-driven decision-making.
- Lead regional learning and development initiatives, aligning with global strategies while addressing local needs.
- Customize training programs to fit cultural, linguistic, and market-specific requirements.

Required Skills and Abilities:
- Strong business acumen and expertise in strategic planning, human resource modeling, and resource allocation.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (MBA or MA/MS preferred).
- At least 10 years of HR experience, including a minimum of five years in executive HR roles and five years in international HR.
- SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) or Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification preferred.
- Proven expertise in North American HR practices, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, and compliance.
- Strong knowledge of U.S. and Canadian employment laws and labor relations.
- Demonstrated leadership, communication, and collaboration skills in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Experience managing HR programs across multiple locations within North America.
