We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HRBP to join our client's team in Greater Houston, TX. This role is designed for a strategic partner who can manage the full spectrum of HR responsibilities across diverse environments. The ideal candidate has a proven track record working with both corporate and field operations populations—from frontline nonexempt to salary-exempt employees—and possesses experience managing headcounts in organizations of varying sizes. While international experience is a plus, it is not required. We are particularly interested in candidates with a mix of industry exposure, including aviation, manufacturing, real estate, construction, retail, hospitality, and oil & gas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a strategic advisor to business leaders, developing and implementing HR initiatives that drive operational excellence.
- Partner with leaders across corporate and field operations to support workforce planning, talent management, employee relations, succession planning, change management, organizational development, talent acquisition, and employee engagement.
- Manage HR projects that address complex challenges and opportunities across multiple industries.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and practices while promoting a positive, inclusive workplace culture.
- Leverage data and analytics to inform decision-making and optimize human capital strategies.
- Act as a change agent with strong executive presence, influencing at all levels of the organization.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree is required.
- 7 years of experience in HR Generalist, HRBP, HR Director level roles.
- Demonstrated experience as an HRBP with exposure to small, mid-sized, and large headcount organizations.
- Experience in at least two of the following industries preferred: aviation, manufacturing, real estate, construction, retail, hospitality, oil & gas.
- Proven ability to work effectively with both corporate and field operations teams.
- Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Candidates must reside in West Houston or Northwest Houston.
