We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Business Partner to join our client's team in Boston. This role is a critical member of our HR leadership and regional North America (NAM) team. The ideal candidate will bring a global mindset, strong leadership capabilities, and the ability to operate both strategically and operationally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of HR professionals, including an HR Generalist, Recruiter, and Compensation & Benefits specialist.
- Provide leadership and direction across core HR functions, including employee relations, performance management, recruitment, compensation, benefits, and compliance.
- Serve as a strategic partner to business leaders within the North America region, contributing to the development and execution of global HR initiatives.
- Support the deployment and localization of global HR strategies, processes, and programs to meet regional needs.
- Drive and support strategic HR projects aligned with business goals such as talent and succession planning, organizational development, and change management.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with regional and global HRBPs and business leaders to align HR efforts with key business priorities.
- Champion company-wide initiatives including sustainability, diversity, equity & inclusion, and corporate social responsibility.
- Use data and KPIs to identify trends, diagnose performance gaps, and support strategic decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and HR practices in the U.S. and Mexico.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive HR experience, including time in a global or multi-national environment.
- Proven supervisory experience, with a demonstrated ability to lead and develop a team.
- Prior experience operating independently and self-sufficiently in a fast-paced, matrixed organization.
- Strong project management skills and a track record of leading global HR initiatives and transformation projects.
- Solid understanding of U.S. and Mexico labor laws and HR compliance.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; experience presenting to and advising senior leadership.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly to change.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
