Our client is looking for a Junior Recruiter to join their team and play a vital role in supporting our hiring efforts. Responsibilities:
- Support end-to-end recruitment efforts, including job postings, resume reviews, interview coordination, and candidate communication.
- Partner with hiring managers to fine-tune job descriptions and hiring strategies for better outcomes.
- Ensure candidates have a smooth, engaging experience from start to finish, with timely updates and clear communication.
- Keep candidate records and recruitment systems up to date and organized.
- Help shape our employer brand by assisting with social media content and employee engagement programs.
- Contribute to internal initiatives focused on culture, recognition, and employee development.
- Assist in crafting internal communications that highlight talent initiatives and team culture.
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience in recruitment, including managing the full hiring cycle.
- Strong grasp of recruitment best practices and a track record of successful hires.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills—you’re someone who builds rapport easily.
- Self-starter with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
- Comfortable using Applicant Tracking Systems and HR tools.
- Familiar with labor laws and hiring regulations.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field is a plus but not required.
- A background in Oil & Gas or industrial sectors is preferred.
