Job Title: Inventory Control Coordinator
Location: New Stanton & Lancaster Warehouses
Travel: Occasional (2-4 days per month)
Pay: $25 - $35 per hour
Work Hours: 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday

As an Inventory Control Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring our inventory runs efficiently, meets high standards, and supports our dealership parts departments. Key Responsibilities:

• Inventory Management: Coordinate bulk parts purchases and balance inventory across our New Stanton and Lancaster warehouses.

• Analysis & Optimization: Perform ongoing inventory analysis, reducing idle inventory and improving overall stock performance.

• Cycle Counting & Audits: Lead and oversee cycle counting, ensuring adherence to Hunter guidelines and industry standards.

• Vendor Relations: Develop pricing strategies, handle vendor returns, and track freight reimbursements.

• Collaboration: Work closely with Parts Directors, Warehouse Supervisors, and Marketing teams to enhance inventory flow and establish best practices.

Qualifications:

• Education & Experience: An Associate’s degree in a related field or 5 years of inventory control experience. Your experience matters!

• Skills: Strong mathematical skills, problem-solving ability, and familiarity with inventory software.

• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, occasional climbing, and walking. A valid driver’s license and forklift certification are required.

• Travel: Occasional travel (2-4 days per month) for branch support and meetings.
