Job Summary:
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Water Aerobics Instructor to deliver engaging, high-quality aquatic fitness classes tailored to participants of all fitness levels. As an independent contractor, you will play a key role in enhancing our wellness programs by creating a safe, inclusive, and effective exercise environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and lead water aerobics classes that promote fitness, mobility, and overall well-being.
- Demonstrate proper techniques and provide modifications to meet diverse participant needs.
- Ensure participant safety by monitoring activities and providing clear, concise instructions.
- Maintain professional communication with management regarding scheduling
- Represent the facility with professionalism and uphold its standards of excellence.
Qualifications:
- Certification in aquatic fitness or group exercise instruction Specialty certification in aquatic fitness/ water aerobics/ group fitness
- Current CPR/AED certification.
- Proven experience leading water aerobics or similar fitness programs.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage and motivate participants.
- Punctual, reliable, and organized with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
Contract Terms:
- Independent contractor status
- Flexible schedule, including mornings, and weekends
- Compensation is provided on a per-class or hourly basis
