Social Media Coordinator
Position Type: Full-Time. Also open to internships
As we expand our online presence, we are seeking a Social Media Coordinator to join our team and take charge of our Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok accounts.
Pay Range: $20-$25/hour - depending on experience
40 hour work week
Responsibilities:

Content Creation: Develop and curate engaging, meaningful, unique and creative content related to Ford products, dealership employees, events, deliveries, holidays, community involvement, and sponsorship activities.

Posting and Storytelling: Manage regular posts and stories on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok to build brand awareness, engagement, and generate leads for sales and service.

Audience Engagement: Monitor and respond to social media comments, messages, and mentions promptly. Foster positive interactions with our audience and encourage community engagement.

Monitoring Analytics: Track and analyze social media performance using analytics tools. Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Collaboration: Coordinate with marketing, sales, and other departments to ensure cohesive messaging and alignment with overall business goals.
Qualifications:
