Hunting Subsea Technologies is seeking an experienced Quality Control Supervisor to lead our product inspection team. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for ensuring compliance, quality standards, and process improvements in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support the product inspection team, managing daily workloads and priorities.
- Develop and implement inspection methods, procedures, and performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
- Oversee nonconforming material control and disposition, ensuring accurate and timely resolutions.
- Manage calibration programs for all measuring devices, ensuring compliance and proper usage.
- Lead root cause investigations and corrective actions to enhance product quality.
- 3-5 years of experience in quality assurance leadership within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of inspection tools, calibration requirements, and quality standards (ISO 9001:2015 preferred).
- Proven ability to train and mentor teams, drive process improvements, and manage compliance.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Technical experience with TESA, OASIS, or ZEISS is a plus.

- The noise level is usually moderate. Employee will occasionally work near moving mechanical parts.
