Job Title: Lead Assistant Group Supervisor
Position Information: Full Time/Full Year
Hours:
40 hours per week, Monday-Friday
Normal working hours are between 5:45 am and 5:45 pm when centers are open. Specific hours are assigned at the time of hire as needed for center coverage. Hours are subject to change depending upon the needs of the program.
Pay rate: $14.58 per hour.
Description:
Responsible for the overall management, supervision, and operations of a classroom in a HCCADC Child Care Center. Responsible for providing leadership for and coordinating activities of the classroom staff and acting as the liaison between the classroom and Program Director. Major job functions include: Classroom Management & Operations, Curriculum Implementation, and Supervision of Classroom Staff.
Requirements:
Bachelor or Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Special Education, Elementary Education, or the Human Services Field and 2 years’ experience working with children. Other education and experience may be taken into consideration.
