Detailed Description
Provide Project Management and Business System Analysis for IBM Case Manager Workflow (Case Workflow) solutions including: Project Planning, Customer Liaison, System analysis, Requirements Elicitation, Process Mapping, and Business Case Development. Provide Project Management and Business System Analysis for Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions including: Project Planning, Customer Liaison, System analysis, Requirements Elicitation, Process Mapping, and Business Case Development. Manage Enterprise Document Management (ECM) projects including Project Planning and tracking Issues/Risks, Responsible for prioritizing Enhancements to existing Case Workflow and RPA processes. Responsible for BOX.com development and BSAs for the organization, including prioritization, assignment of work, and leading the BSA/Development team. Gather, document, and analyze business requirements. Perform data mapping and gap analysis to analyze existing processes. Design and develop use cases and workflows for developers and testers. Suggest enhancements to processes, work with business partners in understanding business requirements, and implement changes. Coordinate with cross-discipline team members to make sure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules. Prepare status reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing relevant information. Manage project timelines, provide resource planning to reach objectives, and manage resources in effective and efficient manner. Create use cases and use MS Visio and IBM Blueworks to model use case diagrams, activity diagrams, and sequence diagrams. Log bugs, review solved bugs, and analyze test results using MS Azure.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field. Five years of experience analyzing/gathering business requirements, including three (3) years of enterprise document management and robotic processing automation experience using technologies including BluePrism and Blueworks Live to configure processes and Process and Solution Design Documents, performing data mapping and gap analysis, and designing and maintaining EDM and RPA processes. Hybrid work schedule may be available.
