Summary:

The Lifecycle Marketing Innovation Manager will play a critical role in elevating Huntington’s customer marketing experience throughout their unique financial journey, by leveraging leading MarTech capabilities.

This role requires a high degree of cross-functional leadership and an in-depth knowledge of how marketing technology drives enterprise growth. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can lead programs from strategy through to completion.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Lifecycle Marketing Strategy

  • Develop personalized marketing strategies to drive loyalty and deepen customers engagement with Huntington products and services.
  • Create end-to-end, multi-channel, customer-centered journeys that embed financial tools and products that help customers meet their financial goals.
  • Focus on improving the effectiveness and efficiency of marketing throughout the customer lifecycle (consumer, small business, private bank, and commercial)

MarTech Expertise

  • Develop a marketing technology strategy and socialize the importance of MarTech advancement and the business impact to leadership and colleagues.
  • Activate marketing technology across various channels, including email, SMS, social media, search, and programmatic advertising to improve personalization and automation for customer marketing.
  • Assess current MarTech stack based on business objectives, identify gaps, and support the digital team in a market scan to create a recommendation for Huntington’s MarTech roadmap.
  • Inspire and lead marketing technology implementation, integration, adoption, and other change management activities to ensure value realization from investments.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in MarTech, sharing insights and recommendations with the team.

Cross-Functional Leadership & Problem Solving

  • Inspire and lead a cross-department team to implement and adopt MarTech solutions.
  • Humble leader, willing to roll up your sleeves with all levels across the enterprise and be able to step up as the team grows.
  • Proactive problem-solver that can test boundaries and propose creative new solutions.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 5-7 years of experience in marketing strategy and technology
  • 6 years of Project Management

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business or a related field (MBA Preferred)
  • 5-7 years of experience in marketing strategy and technology
    • Management consulting experience preferred.
    • Deep experience with MarTech platforms, including Customer Data Platform.
    • Experience with performance based digital marketing programs, customer segmentation, marketing automation, and delivering personalization at scale.
    • Experience in marketing automation to deliver personalized marketing.

  • 6 years of Project Management
    • Experienced in managing cross-functional teams and managing conflicting priorities across stakeholder groups.
    • Experience collaborating with 3rd party vendors and agencies.
    • Proven ability to manage technology projects and integrations effectively.
  • Leadership & Storytelling
    • Ability to develop working relationships with individuals at all levels of an organization.
    • Ability to convey ideas to senior leadership.
    • Ability to work individually and collaborate across a team.
    • Excellent communication skills to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
    • Seasoned storyteller that understands how to adopt based on stakeholder objectives and challenges.

Compensation Range:

93,000-189,000 annually

The compensation range represents the low and high end of the base compensation range for this position. Actual compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. Colleagues in this position are also eligible to participate in an applicable incentive compensation plan. In addition, Huntington provides a variety of benefits to colleagues, including health insurance coverage, wellness program, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plan, paid leave programs, paid holidays and paid time off (PTO).
