Summary:
The Sponsorship Activation Manager leverages a mix of marketing tools within the regions to amplify the local Brand and business effectiveness of Huntington to maximize opportunities. The Sponsorship Activation Manager creates and sustains strategic partnerships in the community, positioning and supporting key members of the Regional Huntington Leadership team in influential community positions and supporting each segment with local marketing programming to grow their business. This colleague will represent and partner in building Huntington’s brand through sponsorships, events, and local market engagement. They will partner with the national Regional Marketing Team, Corporate Communications and Corporate Marketing to deliver the Brand locally in a relevant and distinctive way.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Position Huntington as local in each market by amplifying the brand.
- Partner with the national Regional Marketing team to execute a strategic event strategy and carry out corporate events in the region’s ex. Huntington Live.
- Serve as an active member of the Region’s Leadership team and partner with the Regional President and Team members in capturing growth, profitability, OCR objectives, CRA goals and a leadership platform in the community.
- Serve as the Region’s conduit to Regional Marketing, Corporate Communications and Corporate Marketing. Ensure brand standards are upheld throughout the marketing process and manage compliance risk.
- In coordination with the Regional President, actively help build and optimize the region’s sponsorships and strategic partnerships and ensure effectiveness of events through various measures.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 5 years marketing, community relations, or public affairs experience
