REQUIRED SKILLS / QUALITIES

  • 1-3 years video experience including shooting, editing and implementing
  • 1-3 years experience developing and implementing social media strategy
  • Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Adobe Creative Cloud, DaVinci Resolve, and social media platforms
  • Strong communication skills both verbal & written. Ability to present concepts in a clear and concise manner
  • Self-motivator, creative thinker & problem solver.
  • Must be able to edit and color-correct with accuracy, attention-to-detail and consistency
  • Must have valid Nevada Driver's License and Proof of Insurance

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage publishing on all social media channels, including Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn as needed
  • Deliver daily video content
  • Monitor, report, and analyze social media strategy and performance to make recommendations for improvements to expand reach and engagement
  • Manage production timeline and creative review process in collaboration with project manager
  • Identify real-time trending topics, share inspiration and initiate efforts appropriately
  • Handle multiple projects simultaneously of varying levels of complexity as well as contribute to team efforts by meeting deadlines.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver high-quality content under the pressure of deadlines and with quick turnaround times
  • Team player with desire to learn, innovate and collaborate
  • Maintain internal / external client relationships by providing excellent customer service
  • This job requires travel throughout the city. Must have a reliable vehicle.
