Hours:
- We offer a flexible, full-time schedule that includes evening and some Saturday hours.
- Center is open Mon-Thurs 9:00am-8:30pm, Fridays 10am-7pm, and Saturdays 9am-3pm.

The Assistant Manager’s typical day includes, but is not limited to:
- Managing the front office, welcoming students/families, answering phones/emails/texts, etc.
- Creating and maintaining student and teacher schedules
- Managing payments, invoicing, and payroll tracking
- Supporting the owner with administrative duties and office organization
- Meeting with students to assess progress and experience
- Participating in local business and marketing activities to help grow the Center
- Teaching students
For success, the Assistant Manager must have:
- A 4-year degree from an accredited college or university required
- 1-3 years of administrative, customer service, and/or education experience
- Must love working with kids and tutoring students in multiple grade levels
- Excellent attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Outstanding customer service and ability to build relationships
- Business mindset focused on helping the center grow
