Requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.

Experience:
-
Minimum of three years in customer service, demonstrating strong client relationship-building skills.
-
Minimum of three years in program coordination, with experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Minimum of three years in a managerial role, leading and developing teams to achieve organizational goals.

Location: Must reside in the Tampa Bay area.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with students, parents, and staff.

Mondays through Thursdays 12:30-8:30 pm

Roles and Responsibilities:

Drive center success by meeting revenue, operational, and marketing goals through strategic planning, new business generation, customer retention, and staff development.

Serve as a point of contact for crisis management, public relations matters, and other center-related concerns.

Oversee academic programming and support for 50 students in exam preparation, ensuring high-quality educational outcomes.

Manage and mentor a team of exam prep instructors, fostering a strong commitment to academic excellence and student success.

Conduct conferences with students and parents to communicate progress and align goals with Huntington’s mission.

Coordinate and optimize the daily tutoring schedule, balancing the needs of students, families, and teaching staff.

Lead marketing initiatives including presentations about Huntington's programs to local schools, businesses, and organizations.

Develop training topics and lead monthly teacher meetings.
-
Ensure timely and effective follow-up with prospective families, maintaining high engagement and conversion rates.
