Responsibilities
- Oversee daily center operations, scheduling, and administrative tasks.
- Provide outstanding customer service to parents, students, and staff.
- Coordinate academic programs, including student progress tracking and test administration.
- Support hiring, training, and management of teaching staff.
- Utilize Excel, Outlook, Google Suite, and data management systems effectively.
- Ensure compliance with Huntington’s academic and operational standards.
- Handle confidential student information with professionalism and discretion.
- Maintain a positive, flexible, and independent work approach.
- Bachelor’s degree required (education experience preferred).
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Excel, Outlook, Google Suite, and data management systems.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently.
- Previous experience in education, management, or administration is a plus.
- Schedule: Monday-Thursday(flexible daytime hours (approx. 9:30-2:30).
- Location: In-office, working with students, families, teachers, and administrators.
- Compensation: $20/hour to start.
