Must Haves

• Must have a 4-year degree to qualify.
• Entry-level opportunity, 1-2 years of management, customer service, sales or education preferred.
• Outstanding communication skills a must.

Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To

• Greeting
• Work with new inquiries – phone and walk-ins
• Manage front-end administrative office.
• Schedule, assist, and supervise part-time teachers.
• Maintenance of student schedules and absences
• Maintenance of teacher schedules and absences
• Monitor Center daily activity.
• Accounts Receivable
• Accounts Payable
• Review student programs and ensure academic achievement.
• Instruct students as needed.
• New Hire paperwork
• Marketing orders
• Supply orders
• Curriculum orders
• Expenses
• Academic Evaluation prep and scoring
• Conference prep
• Confirm evaluations and conferences
• Teacher training
