This role goes beyond management as you ensure students have exceptional experiences, market Huntington's services to schools and families, lead and motivate center staff, and deliver outstanding customer service that fosters retention and satisfaction. Additionally, you will build and maintain meaningful relationships with teachers, school administrators, and parent/teacher organizations. To thrive in this position, candidates should possess a 4-year degree, have over five years of management and sales experience, demonstrate enthusiasm and a team-oriented approach, exhibit exceptional communication skills, and show genuine care and compassion for children in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- The role involves reviewing and refining students' curricula as needed to ensure alignment with their educational goals. Additionally, it requires conducting monthly parent-teacher conferences to discuss each student's progress, address any concerns, and collaboratively plan for their continued development and success.
- Facilitate effective communication among team members to promote collaboration and transparency.
- Talk to parents about their childs progress at the learning center.
- Ensure all students have an exceptional and successful experience at Huntington, fostering a positive and productive learning environment.
- Review and refine students' curricula as needed to ensure alignment with their unique educational goals and learning needs.
- Track, document, and communicate students' progress through monthly parent-teacher conferences to address concerns, celebrate achievements, and collaboratively plan for ongoing success.
- Develop, implement, and document marketing strategies with a primary focus on conducting regular visits to schools and key stakeholders, ensuring Huntington's services are effectively promoted to educators, administrators, communities, and families.
- Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring high retention rates and creating a culture of satisfied, engaged families.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire team members, fostering a culture of professional growth, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Facilitate open and effective communication among team members to promote collaboration, transparency, and alignment with organizational goals.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with teachers, school administrators, parent-teacher organizations, and families to create a supportive and collaborative educational network.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
