URGENT HIRING :

Are you subbing but looking for something more consistent? Huntington Learning Center is hiring dynamic math tutors to teach small group, elementary and middle school levels, in person at Our Lady of Perpetual Help during the school day. This is NOT a remote position. You must hold a minimum of a bachelor's degree.

POSITION DETAILS :

  • Part-Time : 15-35 hours a week, Monday-Friday, hours and days may vary.
  • Location : IN PERSON, at Our Lady of Perpetual Help in Grove City.
  • Elementary and / or Middle School-aged students, MATH.

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE :

  • Bachelor’s degree REQUIRED.
  • Prior teaching experience PREFERRED.
  • Valid teaching certificate preferred but not required.

    • COMPENSATION :

  • With Bachelors Degree only : $22.00 per hour.
  • With valid Teaching Certification : from $25.00 per hour.

    • Duties and Responsibilities :

  • Utilize Huntington Learning Center’s instructional procedures and curriculum.
  • Work with the Lead Teacher and Program Director to implement instructional programs.
  • Follow school policies and procedures; supervise students at all times.
  • Maintain student records of attendance and progress.

    • Other Requirements :

  • Adhere to Huntington Learning Center’s mission statement that Every Child Can Learn.
  • Possess computer literacy skills for maintaining student records.
  • Must clear background checks for employment eligibility.
