MULTI-FAMILY LIVING COMMUNITY looking for a MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN - Ann Arbor.

Full time position.

Minimum 2 years’ experience working within APARTMENT HOUSING COMMUNITIES, with knowledge in HVAC, painting, carpentry, drywall, plumbing and electrical repair/replacement.

General building and grounds maintenance.

Must have a positive attitude / good customer service.

Good Team Player!

Job Type: Full-time
