The compensation range represents the low and high end of the base compensation range for this position. Actual compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. Colleagues in this position are also eligible to participate in an applicable incentive compensation plan. Summary:

Duties & Responsibilities
- Assess training needs of the BSA/AML/OFAC group by establishing relationships with leadership.
- Develop training materials to meet the needs of the BSA/AML/OFAC group.
- Deliver training through various channels and formats.
- Evaluate program effectiveness including creating/conducting training evaluations.
- Provide ongoing BSA/AML education that allows the group to stay current with trends.
- Create and manage training assigned to new hires.
- Oversee the process of training for new hire onboarding.
- Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Maintain tracking/training records for reporting purposes.
- Manage BSA/AML training projects end-to-end
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Bachelors degree
- 5 years related experience within AML/BSA functions with experience of facilitation and or instructional design
- Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice
- Related professional certifications such as CAMS or CFE highly desirable
- Experience with AML systems including Actimize case management and SAS AML
- Proven track record of strong communications, analytical, organizational, project management and planning skills
- Ability to shift priorities as needed to meet demand
- Proven risk management skills
- Experience with working in team-oriented environments where success of the overall team is critical to operational excellence
- Proven track record of leading successful teams and function
- Expanded knowledge of federal regulations (USA PATRIOT Act, Bank Secrecy Act, Federal Financial Institutions Examination Council etc.)
- Ability to demonstrate and apply core knowledge of money laundering patterns, compliance regulations, and financial crime activity
- Ability to be assertive
- Comply with organizational polies and procedures
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to shift priorities as needed to meet demand.
