Key Responsibilities
- Requirements Gathering:** Collaborate with stakeholders to gather solution requirements and translate them into user stories
- Process Analysis:** Analyze current business processes, identify areas for improvement, and propose efficient and effective solutions
- System Design:** Work with technical teams to design, implement, and enhance business systems and applications.
- Testing & Validation:** Ensure systems meet business needs through functional testing, quality assurance, and user acceptance testing.
- Documentation:** Create clear and comprehensive documentation for business processes, system workflows, and project requirements.
- Stakeholder Communication:** Serve as the liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams to ensure alignment on project goals and timelines.
- Data Analysis:** Analyze data to support decision-making, identify trends, and improve operational efficiency.
- Training & Support:** Provide training and support to end users on new or updated systems and processes.
- Continuous Improvement:** Recommend and implement changes to optimize business operations and ensure systems remain up-to-date.
- Bachelor's degree or 5 years of experience as a BSA.
- 3 years working with MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc)
- 3 years gathering/writing requirements
- Experience working directly with Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban).
- Experience with Java, Angular, Azure DevOps.
- Knowledge of data analytics tools and techniques (eg root cause analysis, gap analysis, SWOT, business process mapping).
- Experience in writing requirements using Gherkin.
- Banking/Financial Industry work experience.
