The Salesforce Product Administrator is responsible for the support of the Salesforce commercial and business lending platform, focused on reporting, document generation, and data migration activities. As a member of the Credit Modernization Product Management team, this position partners Business Leaders, Technology Partners and Scrum Teams to define and execute on the administration strategy. This includes diving deep into process definition, change management impacts and delivery SLA’s. Finally, this role will work closely with the Salesforce Center of Excellence (CoE) to align with existing administration patterns, processes and reporting requirements.

Responsibilities
- Collaborates with team SME’s, Product Managers, and Product Owners to coordinate development and execution of assigned administration tasks.
- Responsible for development and modification of Salesforce reports, dashboards, and Document Generation templates (Conga or other tools).
- Works closely with CoE teams to assist with production support issues that require data queries, reports, or developing of data important templates.
- Supports data migration activities including generating files for bulk data updates
- Engages with dependent partners (both internal and external) to assess the feasibility of timing for deliverables
- Problem solves independently or as part of a matrixed multi-skilled team
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3 years of professional experience working with data architecture, data management, data analytics, or financial services process re-engineering
- SQL or SOQL query language expertise
- Demonstrated ability to lead data discussions between business and technology partners
- Proven written and oral communication skills
- Salesforce functional and light administration experience
- Tableau reporting and data modeling experience
- Exceptional analytical abilities, critical thinking and creative problem solving
