Summary :
Under minimal direction and in a fast-paced environment, the Paralegal Sr. provides daily support to senior Legal Department attorneys and helps to advise the Bank's Consumer & Regional Banking Segment.
Duties and Responsibilities :
- Prepares basic correspondence, legal documents, and internal reports
- Performs legal research, analysis, and fact finding, and summarizes various documents
- Provides administrative support to attorneys, including scheduling, booking travel, submitting reimbursements, etc.
- Supporting internal and external law counsel as needed
- Performs other duties as assigned
