Description
This position reports directly to the Corporate Human Resources and Risk Management Manager but also supports the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Payroll Manager from time to time. The Human Resources Assistant will be mainly responsible for the administration and processing of all new hires throughout the organization.
Main responsibilities include:
Administrative Office Duties
Must be computer efficient
- Perform other miscellaneous HR-related duties as assigned;
- Minor support to the CEO, CFO, and Payroll Manager.
Skills Required:
A successful candidate must be highly detail-oriented and very organized. Must have the ability to handle multiple projects at once and must have intermediate MS Office skill-sets. Candidate must possess excellent oral and written communication skills and have the ability to communicate at all levels of the organization.
Qualifications
Education and Work Experience:
- High School Diploma preferred;
- Intermediate Microsoft Office experience;
- 2 to 5 years of office experience in a Corporate setting preferred;
- Some Human Resources experience preferred but not required.
