What are the responsibilities and job description for the Media Planner position at Huntress Talent?
Campaign Development:
o Guide the creation of campaigns that authentically represent diverse communities and
resonate in their native languages.
o Provide a layer of review on client-provided creative to ensure messaging is culturally
relevant and respectful.
2. Client Partnership:
o Work closely with clients to identify opportunities to reach multicultural audiences further
supporting any existing efforts.
o Identify and help pursue new opportunities where such expertise is needed.
o Present insights, strategies, and results to demonstrate campaign effectiveness.
3. Team Collaboration:
o Mentor staff and external partners and/or clients on cultural competency and best
practices for engaging diverse audiences.
o Collaborate with analytics teams to understand cultural insights and recommend future
optimizations to campaign strategy.
4. Market Insights:
o Monitor demographic trends, cultural movements, and media consumption habits within
niche markets.
o Utilize data to refine strategies and optimize media placements.
5. External Engagement:
o Build relationships with multicultural/ECM media outlets, MBE certified subcontractors,
and community organizations.
o Strategically plan and execute elements of media campaigns to run through
subcontractor partnerships including oversight of RFP and contract process as well as
deliverables and invoicing per agreed upon terms.
o Represent the company at industry events and thought leadership forums.
Salary : $60,000 - $80,000
