Huntsville Veterinary Specialists And Emergency in Huntsville, AL is looking for two Customer Service Representatives to join our 48 person strong team. We are located on 800 Dr. Joseph E Lowery Blvd. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, punctual, and reliable. Positions offered are:
- Full-time with Weekends and Weeknights. We will discuss 8hr to 10hr shifts.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer and screen phone calls
- Scheduling appointments
- Maintaining office cleanliness and organization of resources
- Handling clients finances
Qualifications
- Veterinary experience is a plus but not necessary
- Proven experience as an outstanding receptionist
- Knowledge of spreadsheets and word processing documents
- Excellent customer service skills and courteous phone manner
- Time-management and organizational skills
