- Prepare and manage correspondence, documentation, and reports with accuracy and confidentiality
- Maintain organized records and filing systems to ensure office efficiency
- Provide support in onboarding new clients, updating client financials, and executing farm marketing plans
- Assist team members with meeting preparations, event coordination, and presentations
- Ensure smooth office operations, managing supplies, equipment, and general facility maintenance
- Prioritize and manage multiple administrative tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Adapt quickly to changing priorities, ensuring deadlines and accuracy standards are consistently met
- High School Diploma required; Associate or Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- At least one year of experience in an administrative or office support role
- Exceptional organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
- Professional communication abilities and a strong customer service orientation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally
- Employment Status: Exempt
- Work Hours: 30-40 hours per week
