What are the responsibilities and job description for the Host To Go position at Hurricane Grill and Wings?

Welcomes and greets guests.

When possible, opens the front door for guests entering or leaving the restaurant.

Takes food and beverage orders from guests and enters orders in point-of-sale system.

Maintains outstanding knowledge of the core menu, drink menu and LTO menu and is able to answer guests’ questions on the items.

Takes payment from guests using any applicable gift cards, rewards card, discount or coupon.

Responsible for the togo cash drawer and all monies contained.

Provides guests with estimated waiting time for the order.

Maintains restroom cleanliness.

Answers the phone with a smile.

Assists in running food to the dining room.

Must exude hospitality and charisma.
