Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
- Responsible for all office administrative needs
- Ensure hiring and onboarding has been completed through HR data sheet
- Create and post department schedules
- Log employee trainings and documents
- Communicate all training information with the appropriate Department Managerial
- File all paperwork and audits
- Prep daily paperwork
- Build employee files
- Conduct meetings with employees as needed
- Maintain a clean and safe environment
- Maintain Six Flags Guest First Standards
- Conducting audits to measure divisions success
- Communicating team or park related concerns to the Operations Administrative Supervisor
- Enforcing all Six Flags policies
- Performs all other duties as assigned or as necessary to support the Operations Division and Six Flags Hurricane Harbor Splashtown
