Duties
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner.
- Answer phone calls promptly and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
- Manage scheduling and appointment bookings using phone systems and computer software.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records of client interactions.
- Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, clerical duties, and maintaining office supplies.
- Utilize QuickBooks for basic accounting tasks as needed.
- Ensure the front desk area is tidy and organized at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance overall office operations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred.
- Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and QuickBooks.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
