Overview
We are a well established Podiatry Clinic seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for our patients, providing exceptional customer service while managing various administrative tasks. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner.
  • Answer phone calls promptly and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
  • Manage scheduling and appointment bookings using phone systems and computer software.
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records of client interactions.
  • Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, clerical duties, and maintaining office supplies.
  • Utilize QuickBooks for basic accounting tasks as needed.
  • Ensure the front desk area is tidy and organized at all times.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance overall office operations.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred.
  • Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and QuickBooks.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Experience with clerical duties and data entry is advantageous.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • A positive attitude and a willingness to assist others in a team-oriented environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
