Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate activities of team members during shifts to ensure efficient restaurant operations.
- Manage kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation to maintain high standards of quality.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the food industry.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, providing solutions to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Train new employees on restaurant policies, procedures, and customer service standards.
- Oversee the operation of the Point of Sale (POS) system to ensure accurate order processing and cash handling.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration among staff.
Skills
- Strong background in hospitality management with experience in a quick-service fast food restaurant or similar environment.
- Proficient in kitchen management practices and food safety protocols.
