Subcontractor/Laborer

Overview
We are seeking skilled and reliable Subcontractors to join our team for various construction projects. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in multiple areas of construction, demonstrating expertise in tasks such as drywall installation, remodeling, concrete finishing, and flooring installation. As a Subcontractor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that projects are completed on time and to the highest standards of quality.

Responsibilities

• Execute various construction tasks including drywall installation, remodeling, flooring installation and Handyman Jobs.
• Perform frame carpentry and ensure structural integrity in all work completed.
• Utilize power tools effectively for various tasks while adhering to safety protocols.
• Apply caulking and other finishing materials to enhance project quality.
• Collaborate with project managers to meet project deadlines.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment at all times.
• Follow all safety regulations and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.

Experience

• Proven experience in drywall installation, remodeling, flooring installation, or related fields is required.
• Strong skills in frame carpentry, plumbing, electrical, tile work, are advantageous.
• Proficient in the use of power tools and hand tools relevant to construction tasks.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Ability to Commute:

• Fenton, MI 48430 (Required)

Ability to Relocate:

• Fenton, MI 48430: Relocate before starting work (Preferred)
