Digital Reporter Position
A digital court reporter at Huseby, Inc., will work in a collaborative and engaging hybrid environment of both remote and in-person work. The job of the digital reporter is to capture the record of legal proceedings via an audio recording solution(s). Ultimately, you will ensure the needs of our clients are being met by providing high quality work alongside strong interpersonal skills that resemble the highest level of professionalism. Most team members who are hired for the position have no prior experience as a court reporter (or the legal field). The two-week comprehensive training program will ensure at the conclusion you will be ready to start as a digital court reporter with full confidence.
Compensation range:
- $22-24/hour based on experience
Other compensation:
- $1,000 bonus after completion of the AAERT examination within the first 6 months of employment
- Commission bonuses for those who partake in sales/marketing initiatives
Pre-Screening requirements:
- Drug Test
- Criminal Background Check
Requirements for the position:
- Associate’s degree required, Bachelor’s degree recommended
- Proficiency with computers and technology
- Outgoing personality, sales and marketing experience is a plus
- High EQ and interpersonal skills
- Organized and punctual
- A space to work remotely that is quiet and without distractions with reliable internet
- Notary for the State you reside in
