This position involves working closely with Project Managers and Subcontractors to ensure successful project completion.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage and oversee daily construction activities on commercial projects.
- Coordinate with Project Managers to ensure project timelines, budgets, and specifications are met.
- Supervise and direct subcontractors and construction crews.
- Ensure safety protocols are followed on the job site.
- Review and interpret project plans and specifications.
- Troubleshoot issues that arise during the construction process.
- Communicate regularly with the project team and clients regarding progress.
