About the Position

The Studio Manager is responsible for overseeing the general daily operations and

overall success of the Austin store location. This role includes staff management,

maintaining store cleanliness and product inventory, ensuring customer satisfaction,

and supporting the team’s attainment of sales goals. The Studio Manager is the Austin

team leader, and will participate in Hush Hush Tan Leadership meetings, helping shape

and grow the future expansion and continued success of The Hush Hush brand!

Key Responsibilities:

 Ensures general day-to-day operations are running smoothly

 Manages staff hiring, training, and when necessary—discipline and firing

 Creates the team schedule to ensure all shifts are appropriately staffed

 Tracks inventory and administers product and merchandise restocking

 Oversees studio and equipment maintenance and repairs

 Monitors and maintains store cleanliness

 Ensures all customers are receiving the best spray tans and customer service

experience possible

 Successfully resolves customer issues in a professional manner

 Performs regular team member check-ins and performance reviews

 Cultivates a team culture of positivity, professionalism, hard-work and

collaboration

 Organizes fun team outings to reward and unite their team

 Provides motivation, coaching, and accountability to support team in achieving

sales goals

 Oversees cash deposits to ensure no errors or theft is occurring

 Attends leadership meeting with other managers and executive team,

providing feedback and ideas for growth and continual improvement

 Assists Director of Operations and CEO with additional tasks as needed, rare potential travel to other locations may be requested
