We seek a passionate, self-motivated leader to join our growing SWEAT440 Austin team as Studio Leader. As a Studio Leader, you will play a crucial role in our fitness facility, overseeing daily operations and sales and supporting our members on their fitness journey. We will depend heavily on you to hold the team accountable, provide top-tier customer service to the studio membership base, track and be responsible for membership sales, engage in community outreach, and enhance the overall culture in the studio.

Your leadership role requires a minimum commitment of 40 hours per week, with a minimum of 35 hours spent in the studio working with members during open business hours . This position is classified as salary-exempt.

You're adept at multitasking and navigating the day-to-day operations of a studio, including sales, building relationships with members, hiring & scheduling staff, maintaining equipment, and ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and safety.

With a customer-first mindset, you ensure client satisfaction is at the heart of the studio's operations. The Job Brief :

You will report directly to the Austin Franchise Owners. You agree to devote your full business time, attention, and best efforts to performing your duties and furthering the Company's interests. This position requires a strong commitment, complete dedication, and flexibility to work at different times, including unscheduled shifts. The Studio Leader is expected to take on any shifts that lack coverage and must be proactive in ensuring smooth business operations during regular hours, even in the face of staffing challenges or short notice.

Responsibilities :

• Membership Growth and Sales : Drive new First Time Guests, and achieve membership growth targets consistently.
• Coaching and Training : Provide direct, on-the-floor coaching support to members & assist in training new coaches.
• Studio Operations Management : Manage day-to-day operations, maintain facility cleanliness, and ensure all staff follow operations checklists.
• Team Collaboration and Management : Work with the management team to create a cohesive environment, conduct performance reviews, and handle human resources functions.
• Community Engagement : Develop community relations, market the brand, and organize community outreach events to drive brand awareness and First Time Guest Attendance.
• Administrative Duties : Meet weekly with ownership to report on metrics and discuss growth strategies.

Work Schedule Flexibility : Ability to work on a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
