Catalog Data Specialist

Hours: 8:00am to  5:00pm Monday - Friday Payrate: $20.78 to $22.66 Location: 6146 Denver Industrial Park Circle Denver , NC 28037 Position Summary Perform diverse duties which include data entry, email to our catalog accounts and answer product questions.  The ideal candidate should have experience in data entry within an office setting, preferably sales oriented setting. Duties require effective verbal communication as well as written communication via email. Essential Job Requirements Excellent written and oral communication skills required Good math skills required Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc) Ability to cope with stressful situations in a professional manner Prior Customer Service Experience within an office setting (1 yr minimum) Multi-tasking skills and attention to detail are necessary Excellent typing skills and a high degree of accuracy Maintain Strict confidentiality of sensitive data Essential Job Functions  Accurately and efficiently entering, updating, and maintaining data in various computer systems, while ensuring data integrity. Enter purchase orders Send order acknowledgements, advance ship notices, and invoices via various external websites Send date changes for any order submitted with incorrect requested ship date Determine number of crates, dimensions, and truck space needed for each order  Effectively differentiate products through unique features and benefits.
